First, what is an adventure session? An adventure session is basically a really fun date dedicated to adventure and documenting your unique love. They can be used to celebrate engagements, anniversaries, to propose, "just because", or even to take some couples photos in your wedding clothes after your big day!
These sessions are a perfect way for you to relax and spend some genuine, quality time together. The session can be as intimate or adventurous as you’d like! Whether it’s hiking a mountain, surfing, hitting favorite breweries, having brunch at your favorite spot, cook s’mores over a campfire, etc. These sessions document and capture imagery that reflect you and your partner in your element which means so much more than finding a random pretty place to take photos at. You can explore a place that is sentimental and personal to you that you've been to countless times, or go somewhere you've never been before! You are entirely free to choose a just about any location for your adventure session. Maybe you had your eye on a spot that just did not work out logistically for your wedding day so now is the perfect time to get those photos in that dream location.

The freedom to schedule your adventure session for the perfect time. This means we can avoid bad weather and get the best light for taking photos. Golden hour is usually the best for photos and while we try our best to get a bunch of photos during that time during your wedding day, we sometimes have to shoot in harsh light. Without the timeline, we also have alllllll the time to make sure we’re getting all of the photos you want.
You get to dress for the occassion.
Your wedding day goes by so fast (you’ve probably heard that so many times already, but it’s TRUE) and is very specific to the attire of the day. An adventure session gives you the opportunity to relish in this time with your partner, wear more “every day” clothing that isn’t specific to your wedding day.
